Welcome to Physical Revelation for Kidz which
has been specially designed to tackle the serious problem of Childrens
Health, Fitness, Obesity and Confidence..
Reaserch has revealed that one third of children in the UK are overweight
and one in ten are obese, this is a trend that is rapidly growing.
Studies have also shown that obesity may track from childhood right
through to adulthood, which can lead to serious illnesses such as
arthritis and heart disease.

With
this in mind our focal point is based on a whole new concept in relation
to children's health, which will involve working along side overweight
and obese children helping them overcome both physical and social
problems.
By interacting with children that share the same experiences of
feeling isolated and uncomfortable about their appearance will enable
them to realise that they are not so different after all and that
there are people who understand and share the same issues as themselves.
