Working in conjunction with health professionals such as doctors, we aim to improve the health and fitness of Children who are on this program and also their self confidence, we can do this by combining an extensive list of physical activities and education into healthy eating.

The Physical activities will form an all over body conditioning program which will assist them to increase their cardiovascular capacity and increase their metabolic rate, by following this program the children will improve their fitness as well as burning body fat, enabling them to live a more healthy life style.

It is possible that a child who is over weight may suffer bullying at school because of their appearance, which may cause them to be withdrawn and isolated from other pupils. As part of this program the children will participate in a number of team activities that will help them to feel equal to the other children on the program which will improve their self confidence along with their happiness.


The program is devised for children aged 8 years to 14 years which is the age that they will benefit the most from this program. The children will be able to remain on the program until the age of  sixteen and then we can provide a new training package to suit their adolescence.
