Working in conjunction with health professionals such as doctors, we aim to improve the health and fitness of Children
who are on this program and also their self confidence, we
can do this by combining an extensive list of physical activities
and education into healthy eating.
The Physical activities will form an all
over body conditioning program which will assist them to increase
their cardiovascular capacity and increase their metabolic
rate, by following this program the children will improve
their fitness as well as burning body fat, enabling them to
live a more healthy life style.
