To achieve the aims of this program we will combine Physical activities
and exercises that will be suited to the fitness level of the children
taking part.
As the program progresses we will monitor the
children's development and by varying the activities and exercises,
we will be able to constantly provide a challenge to the children's
fitness as and when it improves.

Each activity or exercise that the children
will perform each week on the program will target a specific aspect
of their fitness, for example they may do a number of strengthening
exercises such as strength circuits or cardio vascular exercises
like aerobics, but at the same time ensuring that the children are
performing these in a safe environment with fully qualified staff.
